We want you and your pup to be happy!
We know getting the perfect size for your pup can sometimes be tricky! That's why we offer an exchange policy. As long as your bandana is new & undamaged, we'll exchange it for a different size. *
Fill out the below form to start an exchange. Please keep in mind that we make small quantities, and your bandana print may not be available in all sizes, but we will do our best!
* Shipping costs back to our location are the responsibility of the customer.
NEED A REPAIR?
We craft our bandanas with high quality fabrics and strong stitching, but normal wear can sometimes cause minor damage. Dogs will be dogs!
We are happy to offer stitching repair and snap replacement. Just send your bandana back to us and we'll fix it up for free!
*We are not able to repair tears or holes.
