We want you and your pup to be happy!

Returns:

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product to set up a return.  We will credit your form of payment, minus shipping fees, when we receive your return.

Exchanges:

Contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your product if you need to set up an exchange.

Please keep in mind that we make small quantities and the exact design of your product may not be available in all sizes.

*Items must be new, clean, and undamaged.

*Shipping costs back to our location are the responsibility of the customer.

NEED A REPAIR?
We craft our bandanas with high quality fabrics and strong stitching, but wear and tear can sometimes cause minor damage. Dogs will be dogs!
We are happy to offer free stitching repair and snap replacement.  Just send your bandana back to us and we'll fix it up!
*We do not repair tears or holes.
